      Avantages

      The office is nice, there is a cafeteria, the benefits are ok.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, a lot of gossip, compliance issues, no real real knowledge of the business, not capable of scaling operations, there doesn't appear to be a strategic vision or business roadmap that has been shared with anyone other than perhaps Senior Leaders. It's a good old boys club

      My department and Manager are/were amazing. No micromanaging. Fantastic benefits.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of leaders and staff are/were not held accountable.
