      1. Relatively less work pressure compared to larger IT firms. 2. Some exposure to IT projects and tasks. 3. Opportunity to learn basics of the domain for freshers.

      Inconvénients

      1. Policies mentioned in the offer letter, such as the ability to resign immediately by paying in lieu of notice, were not honored. 2. Skill development opportunities are limited and often influenced by favoritism; certain juniors get access to learn new tools like automation while experienced testers may not. 3. Work culture can be restrictive. 4. Internal politics and partiality in team dynamics. 5. Career growth is limited.

      Avantages

      Having worked here at Citrus for the past few years, I have always felt supported by my team and managers, and that genuine care makes Citrus a wonderful workplace. I am really proud to be part of the Citrus family. I know from my experience that Citrus management give flexibility to employees when in need, whether a family emergency or personal health issues. The company encourages continuous learning, skill-improvement, and have arranged regular weekly knowledge-sharing sessions as well.
