      Good people Interesting projects Work/life balance is generally good

      Inconvénients

      Very poor upper management- lack of transparency to the rest of the company esp those outside the US Pay and raises are very poor and not industry standard Merger is messy and no clear understanding of future of company

      Avantages

      Deep technical coworkers, household name customers. Boutique company so get to work on a range of interesting projects. Lab environment has all the latest tools and products to attack. Generous work from home policy. Frequent company social events. Senior management is accessible and willing to entertain well thought out ideas. Very little bureaucracy. Paid training and conferences. Performance based bonus program.

      Inconvénients

      Peak season can mean a lot of concurrent projects. Offices in NYC and Ireland so must be comfortable with remote-first collaborative work style.
