      Avantages

      Great work environment and culture; strong collaboration among co-workers. Leadership is very supportive and empowers employees to be decision-makers. Great pay and flexibility with managing home and work.

      Inconvénients

      Although there are several team building social events throughout the year, I would like to see more learning opportunities for analysts, specifically with peer-to-peer presentations on new technologies and methodologies.

      Avantages

      1. Flexibility in terms of work hours & projects we get to work on 2. Freedom to choose the right tool for the problem 3. Friendly team members 4. We take time to have fun (outdoor activities, golf outings, team building activities etc) 5. Training and support for beginners

      Inconvénients

      1. Too much healthcare focus. As a services company we should look into other domains as well
