      Managers are not trained to lead a team They can bully you They always try to find a guilty person Not challenging at all Managers create a bad work environment HR department is useless and they don't give advice They use a list to write down the names of the crew members that make mistakes They use CCTV from home to spy you at work They don't confide in you Tiny pay rate

      Avantages

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Inconvénients

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
