      nice office, good location and good employees, stressed but good people

      Inconvénients

      entire company is micro managed, narcissistic ceo, everyone is in fear of getting yelled at. no documentation on development, all very reactionary and crisis oriented

      Avantages

      Visionary CEO, willing to research and develop an autonomous system well ahead of all competition at the time. Great work life balance, I will always be so very thankful of the support, energy and help from the CEO and Lead Software Architect. Amazing design conversations and planning. The best job I have ever had my entire career. My friendships that I made with my colleagues persist years after leaving. I left to follow a software engineering dream.

      Avantages

      The people are great here and I enjoy the people that I work with. Many have been around for a while. It is an enjoyable atmosphere and work climate.

      Inconvénients

      Overall, there are not too many downsides. Some projects make require you to stay late sometimes, but that is about it.
