      1. Senior most people are getting hired always irrespective to revenue results 2. Not customer focussed only internal management focussed 3. Lack of clarity in the prioritization of the support issues 4. Product complexity, no proper training 5. Internal stress but not from customers

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Inconvénients

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
