      Avantages

      1. Talented people in the office 2. Teams are helping each other - once a question is raised, many would come voluntarily to help! 3. We are trusted and given autonomy that we can do a good job with minimal supervision. 4. Free snacks, drinks and wine in the office 5. Open outside area where we can just chill, chat and enjoy the sunlight.

      Inconvénients

      1. I’ve heard bonus is not generous 2. Office space is not enough as we keep hiring, may need to resort to hot desk arrangements.

      Good salary, thats about it

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
