      Avantages

      You get to keep all that you've earned with a minimal standard fee to the company. You follow the rules and do your own thing. No hassle company. Everyone works from home. Admins and managing broker are pretty helpful with answering questions.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training. Very minimal associate contact/ camaraderie. You're on your own.

      Avantages

      I’ve worked in five different brokerages before finally going to Charles Rutenberg. They give great support, lots of training and always there to help answer any questions.

      Inconvénients

      No cons. After working with 5 different brokerages, CRR is by far the best! You can have as much or as little training and help as you would like. There’s even a mentor program.
