      Avantages

      Comic book Industry access from Canada. One of very few.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management/ownership Pay dates will go by and you have to fight for your agreed upon pay. Just about every, damn, time. Sudden changes in direction of projects that will give you whiplash. Disorganized The owner gets in his own way. Plenty of great talent that has been willing to work with the company. One or two people who work for the company (full time?) that are helpful and competent, but he is not. More of a con-artist if anything. Poor financial management. Have I mentioned you have to fight for your remuneration? Many have gone without or had to settle for a smaller percentage of the payments they agreed upon up front.

Opportunities to have a thumbprint on the operations/policy as infrastructure and processes are developed/formalized. Senior management allows transparency to staff on firm performance, strategy and issues. Rewarding environment - senior management takes time to celebrate successes.

      Inconvénients

      Small company with growing pains and struggles in growing to a larger scale. Predominate office-based culture doesn't support virtual office environment - can create work-life balance issues at times.
