      Avantages

      I was assigned a mentor who helped me get familiar with the environment and code bases and who was available daily to answer questions and help me succeed in my projects Got to do actual projects on real active code bases Learned a lot about computer architecture and the chip design process

      Inconvénients

      Not really a con, but my internship was 100% remote due to COVID19. I wish I had been able to intern in person

      Owned by Via Technologies which is more interested in building it's non-US operations

      Highly flexible, large degree of independence given to engineers, many avenues to expand your own expertise.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of focus in direction, difficulty in delivering. No longer exists as an independent company.
