      Avantages

      Good friendships and connections at the worker-bee level. Coffee bars on every floor and great pot-lucks for employees. Overall good vets with good experience. However some of them are financially driven rather than health-driven.

      Inconvénients

      Watch your back. CYA and hope someone doesn't throw you under the bus. High stress. Not family friendly. Extremely high turnover rate and cut throat atmosphere. No teamwork.

      Avantages

      The pay and benefits are slightly above average for the area. Certain departments/people are great to work with. Social activities if you're into that.

      Inconvénients

      No paid maternity leave, little room for advancement, higher than average turnover in IT, HR, and on farms. Extremely lacking in diversity. Lack of transparency about company and operations.
