Great co-workers. Hard working and fun environment in the shop.

Driving can be stressful. Construction site workers can hassle you sometimes.

Most of the people there were very pleasant to work with and good people. Family like environment. Fast paced environment, days went by quick. Pay and benefits were decent.

Management had a "My way or the highway" view a lot of the time. Small staffed and overworked most of the time. Management expected sometimes too much of employees because they were understaffed and very busy. When they communicated that they were 'buried' with work, there were no solutions offered.
