      Avantages

      There were a few people that were nice

      Inconvénients

      Everything.. No communication, HR was unsympathetic to harassment, and it was total high stress to do a very simple job. People in the workforce thought they were better than everybody else, and made life difficult.

      Management. Unskilled and lack leadership to effectively lead, strategic plan and manage the company financial current and future state. People awarded positions because they are “liked” despite lack of skill set and soft skills
