      Avantages

      Small company, some good staff at the lower levels

      Inconvénients

      Product is far behind the curve in digital mortgage. Management is confused and under tremendous pressure from the venture capital owner. Releases not tested fully and have many bugs. No attention to client care and delivery, only sales matters.

      Avantages

      Excellent opportunity with executive support for success. Ability to contribute to immediate change. Great culture that encourages thinking and group participation. Willing to try new ideas and processes to bring success to the company. State of the art offices, 100% health care coverage. Great people!

      Inconvénients

      Rapid growth requires an adaptive attitude that presents challenges to some people who are not comfortable with change, while on their feet or are not open to trying things another way, out of their comfort zone. This is not a place to work if you are not a hard working professional.
