Avantages
- Very organized onboarding process (having come from Big 4 I was pleasantly surprised) - People-first culture feels very real and apparent straight away; people here are much nicer and down to earth than your typical consulting firm and people here genuinely care about others - Ambitious plans with a great client footprint given history of wider Capgemini so there really is a lot of potential for growth and increased market dominance
Inconvénients
- Brand isn't the best in the US yet which brings with it a host of challenges but it's refreshing to see that leadership is tackling this head on
