      Avantages

      Great projects, great employee background (they hire only from top-notch schools), very good work-life balance, smart people overall. Good leadership. I would recommend to people who want to make a career in consulting.

      Inconvénients

      Not sure. Probably annual raises could be better (6-8% historically). Other than that I actually liked everything. Good feedback system, promotion opportunities, mentoring.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
