      Work Life Balance Exposure to a variety of different client projects, etc.. Good leadership direction and positive future outlook Good people

      Inconvénients

      Very corporate environment which makes it harder to actually innovate and work A lot of boring implementation projects Lower range in terms of salaries and limited incentives to stay- no stock and low bonus

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
