      Avantages

      CSC is wonderful at providing support and innovative programs for people living with cancer, their families and friends.

      Inconvénients

      Top management is extremely controlling, even vindictive, and provides few routes for advancement. More than 50% of compensation goes to 6 or 7 senior staff out of a staff of 20 or more. CEO needs to move on to open up structure to others.

      - pay is low - Raises are low if at all - supervision is provided sometimes, but do not feel supported - work environment is bad
