      Avantages

      The other employees were nice and would share food with me. The working hours were flexible but also very volatile.

      Inconvénients

      The biggest con is the owner of the business. She only cares about making as much money in as little time as possible. She would frequently berate and verbally abuse her staff at any opportunity. She has dismissed other employees for no reason at all and refuses to give others any feedback on their work and will shout at them if she is in a bad mood. Avoid at all costs.

      Avantages

      The owner is usually fine whatever time you turn up. That's about it.

      Inconvénients

      The owner is the biggest con. She only wants to make money the quickest way possible, frequently berates her staff over the smallest things, is extremely controlling, and has no people skills whatsoever. The business is also a sham and operates from an extremely dodgy rental office. Avoid at all costs.

      The other employees were nice

      Inconvénients

      The employer was erratic and only cared about making as much money as possible in a small amount of time. Didn’t listen to feedback, and would get irrationally angry if there was one mistake despite not giving feedback.
