Avantages
High energy from CEO which cares about all her employees. Pays employees well and everyone is treated fairly. There are celebrations for birthdays, events or even accomplished goals. We’re gifted little things every so often showing appreciation for our hard work. We all have 45 min lunch at the same time.
Inconvénients
There’s no cons I see beside the papers that are old should have a deadline to be shredded to have more room for storage. Orders and tracking numbers expire after 90 days plus everything is scanned in excel, our systems we use and sent email confirmation on top of the hard copy. I definitely love hard copy as well but after a certain amount of time we can let go and if anything gets brought up, we can re print what’s already been documented and saved multiple ways.
