Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The company is great, management doesn't micro manage & are alway there (literally like within 20 minutes) if you have any issues whatsoever. Great team environment. The employees that I had the opportunity to work with were clearly hand picked some of the best I've worked with, & my so called "Foreman" was way more than a foreman, he was a teacher, led by example & has become a lifetime friend.
Inconvénients
I can't say that there were many cons. They are very flexible with scheduling & quick to reply to any requests. This is tightly very well put together team of smart individuals.
