Worst place I've ever worked - Avis employé Technician CableCom

LOWEST pay in the industry and NO raises. No regular reviews. Only the office people get incentives. Every job is a complete disaster. Losing customers because of poor performance and low safety rating. All departments fight each other. CFO tries to run the place but knows nothing of this business. HR dept is of no help to unless you work in the office. Sales team doesn't know what they are doing. Dangerous and poorly maintained equipment. High turnover among field techs. If you travel out of state you get nailed on taxes. Not guaranteed 40 hours. You get jerked around on the schedule.
