Avantages
1. CWC treats all of their employees as family and operates as such. This makes for the transitions and integration into the company very smooth and simple. 2. All Employees get along both inside and outside of work. 3. The company is always doing things for all of the employees such as company days at Turner Field, Catered lunched and dinners, and if any employe part time or full time is going through troubles a small collection is passed through the company to help them out. This is probably one of the reasons C-W-C is ranked as a Best Place to Work for several years in a row. 4. All of the partners of the company know the names of all of their employees both part and full time.
Inconvénients
1. As mentioned the company works together as a family, wile this works for the best nine times out of ten mistakes are sometimes not given the full attention they should be. 2. I.T. seems to move slow on problems due to their only being one I.T. employe. (this issue may have been resolved since I've left.) 3. Parking in the building is a hassle due to the few parking spaces and the number of employees and the constant flow of customers visiting the facility. The parking is free, just active and full most times.
