If you can deal with the limited exposure to industry standard tools and can adjust to the command/control management style of the founders then this may be a good home for hardware engineers. CPU Tech is not a good environment for software engineers if they wish to actually build new software that impacts the success of the company. Most of the software is built using out-dated technologies. You will be stuck in the mud for a long time.
