      Avantages

      Following a business acquisition, CPL Training has experienced a lot of change over the last 6 months - all really positive with a lot more to come. They offer good work/life balance and opportunities for career development with a decent salary to match as you progress.

      Inconvénients

      There's still work to be done, but I can really see the changes happening now and I'm hopeful for the future of the company.

      Avantages

      Every other job or company feels so much easier, every team is friendlier and more cohesive, everything is just better, because at least it's not CPL. This includes jobs where I was spat at and sworn at. I'd pick these over working here again.

      Inconvénients

      I am not exagerrating when I say I cried every day before heading into work. I didn't last long, because the Managing Director was such a vicious bully who made up for his inability to communicate with mouth-frothing, eye-bulging aggression. That man later went on to be CTO, so good to see talent gets recognised there (/s).
