CPCS offers competitive salaries, good benefits (like 4 weeks starting vacation), travel opportunities (especially in Africa), a good office environment and friendly co-workers. A high-potential organization.
Inconvénients
CPCS has an unfortunate lack of management/leadership, little concerned about employee development, little interest human resources best-practices, a dog-eat-dog incentive structure and authoritarian decision-making practices. Many employees are over-qualified for the work they are assigned.
