      Avantages

      None. There are literally no pros to working here.

      Inconvénients

      Definition of a sweat shop, rarely any direction, blueprints, correct tools, time to actually complete a task, but fingers are snap, snap, snapping. Worst place that I ever worked and it is not even close. Only 1 of 5 employees had been there a year or longer.

      Avantages

      co workers have a great attitude. its not extremely strict as long as we get the work done. management recognizes good work ethic and does not drag you down.

      Inconvénients

      sometimes hot jobs come in last minute or jobs become hot unexpectedly. but that's pretty much anywhere most work,

      The company invests in networking and exposure to other plants and conventions

      Inconvénients

      Not many opportunities for growth within the company. If someone leaves an opportunity will open and you will have to apply and interview just like other candidates. This does not guarantee a job.
