Avantages
The IT structure of the company is sound, employees have access to discounted products via the 'clfshop', the workforce are a good team and the opportunity to advance is always there if people put in the effort.
Inconvénients
The management team are clueless as to what the workforce want, the don't understand that a happy workforce is a productive workforce, overtime is mandatory so finishing at 19.30 on a Monday is the norm even after starting at 8am, random drugs test are not so random but an educated guess as to who had a 'good weekend', the floor captains know a fraction of what that should and rely on the other floor captains to fill in the blanks, the threat of losing your job is very real and you are constantly reminded of that, poor use of people's expertise leaves us finishing later than anticipated.
