First of all, thanks for being with us for more than 3 years without finding any PROS, really appreciate your consideration.
Flexible hours: We still have flexible hours, that your RM can decide. Completing 8 hours in office and no WFH doesnt mean there is no flexi hour policy. So, your understanding in wrong.
Snacks: Yes, providing snacks is for sure a Pros when its unlimited and free for all our employees. And it is ordered from one of the best places. Wish you were here , i would have arranged something for you to verify. As this is so wrong to just write anything for sake of writing without knowing the fact.
Slave: Strange. This month we have stopped WFH and you forecasted this in April itself?So, the fact is that when anybody joins the company, the letter clearly says that you have to work for 9 hours from 9 to 6 from your work location. Candidates read that and sign the letter before they join. Is it ok on employee's part that After joining they expect tht they should not come to work, not complete 8 hours( we have made 8 as mandatory) and not follow timings defined by their managers,
And, are we really treating our employees like slaves when we give 22 hours of grace period to all, consider all their emergency requests, let them define their working hours by their managers , allow them to define their shift timings, Give regular leaves as well as floaters and my days for their special occasions, free snacks for all, recreational activities , salary on the last working day, appraisal letter a month in advance and development path as selected by them.
You really need to think and decide.
Really? Can you share the count and name of the organization ? We for sure do not have such formation where managers are more than developers. We should not talk about the data we dont have access to.
Bangalore office: It has been shifted to a better place on the request of our employees. I know it may be difficult for you but please verify before you write such things.
Noida Office: Noida office is as in but in addition to that we opened Gurgaon office few months back. Definitely before you left and we informed all our employees. Looks like you missed it again.
Ahmedabad: Yes, we closed 1 floor as per our expansion plan in other cities and also because we acquired 2 companies in Ahmedabad . So we have more place than just 1 building. Isnt that a feasible move? Did you find any difficulty with your seating arrangement? Or any of your colleague is even now complaining? I am sure no, and i feel that should be your range of concern.
Firing: Yes, like all other companies, we too have release policy and there has to be one. Firing is not what we use in our policy. There is difference between firing and release. The days we sign our offer letter we agree that if required company can give you 2 months notice and salary and release, same as one resigns, serves NP and leaves the company. Not even a single case exists where we have not considered our employees, infact in many we have considered extension wrt to NP as well as salary so that they dont face any problem. Not many companies do that. Can you name 1 employee who was fired or ill treated?
Your comments are so general and full of incorrect data. I wish you met and clarified before you left.
Just a request, this is a forum where we all can openly write and discuss but it will be great if we write correct things. Only then we can try on improving. But, if we get such reviews where more than genuine concern, it is all about fake data, we will end up ignoring or justifying to a point. I am sure thats not what GD is here for.
