      Not much flexibility: even if it is a small-medium reality sometimes is casted in old procedure and model

      Avantages

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Inconvénients

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".

      Great place to work. nice and smart people, interesting multi-disciplinary projects

      governance structure rewards stability and low-risk against growth and opportunity. thus there are few internal paths for professional growth
