Avantages

Previous managers were much more generous. Learned a lot of life lessons from working with them

Inconvénients

After restructure, team was assigned to a manager who knew next to nothing about our roles. Added no or negative value to our day-to-day tasks and projects. Micro manager to the extreme! Constantly asking the same questions over and over again without retaining the answers we provide, and refuses to even check their inbox first before calling us, and marching up to our desks. Glad I didn't give my manager my cellular number, otherwise, my manager would probably harass me with phone calls after work. "Didn't get a chance to talk to you today. What's the status on this? What do we need to do with that?" Our team tries to improve and implement new processes. But manager makes every case an exception, deviating from the process. What is the point of having a process when you make almost every case an exception? We try to take 3 steps forward for the company, manager pulls the reins and we fall back 7 steps. Sticks their hands into everyone's business without adding value and just delaying project completion. Never walked into their office and gained positive value or learned anything from meetings with our manager. The worst type of manager - underqualified, and a complete control freak.

Avantages

Significant opportunity to advance your income, since the company strives to promote personal sales growth, account development and overall success within the company. Majority of personnel are there to help, result oriented individuals and understand the day-to-day struggles of starting a sales career . Keep your friends close as mentioned in my title.

Inconvénients

Insiders club stigma throughout the company. High revenue accounts get distributed unevenly. The tenured account managers get the best territories yielding higher sales figures/higher income for those reps. Extremely high turnover rate for junior sales reps and limited training and support to help one excel. Income fluctuates based on seasonal sales figures.

Avantages

New to canada and employed in the marketing dept for a year now, CDI Computers is a Good Company for a career start while taking your time to look for better job. You get benefits after 3 months. Very nice employees. The company wide events are fun! its ok to drinking alcohol on your breaks & lunches as long as its with staff. you have so much free time sometimes employees get to take Uber Customers during their shift because you're never missed and no one cares as long as your work is done.

Inconvénients

Very Very high employee Turnover! Very Low salary and pay. No sick days. Management will takes all the credit. Zero career progression or promotions. Management blames employees for their mistakes. Management has little to no employee engagement. Management favorite employees are treated differently than everyone else. Management often overlooks how important meaningful recognition and praise are to maintain a happy, productive workforce.
