Avantages

Plenty of networking events, extra half day off leading up to public holidays, average insurance benefits and salary + bonus

Inconvénients

- Annual increment and promotion is low usually single digit % increase. - Bonus is almost always the same no. of months regardless of output or having more/less responsibilities. Some teams even get the same bonus even if they are not performing, so you have to question whether time and effort is worthwhile. - Some teams get to go on annual team trips even if not doing well. - Leaves cannot be encashed or brought forward to next year, and managers and leaders don't care if you burn them. - Leaders decision on office planning and experience is questionable, i.e. lack of space, merging of offices. Even simple things like access card and lockers take forever to be issued. - HR also does not do much for employee wellbeing and benefits.

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Inconvénients

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
