      Avantages

      Good colleagues and Fun environment. Individual benefits are generally good.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership and expatriate managers. Japan culture are brought into local instead of adjusting to suit local markets. It’s always about hitting sales target. Definitely no career progression. Every few years, management changes hence directive changes according to new management. Company doesn’t listen to feedback at all. A lot of politics even the expatriate are into it.

      Friendly coworkers that can support each other watching all the poor decisions around them

      Inconvénients

      Management is the worst I’ve ever seen. Very little talent in the organization. No innovation for a long time. Pay below market. Stupidly stubborn. No thinking outside the box.
