      Avantages

      design and fabricate neat Product! Majority of jobs are custom which makes for an ok day for small parts production shop

      Inconvénients

      Low Pay, Horrible learning environment, even more so for the attitude towards the work force for management if you are seen as an outsider. you can put in 65 hrs and it wouldn't be enough, you can do 10 more parts an hr if your not in your not in.

      Avantages

      Stable company, honorable business, guaranteed work, long hours but lots of OT pay

      Inconvénients

      Very aggressive environment, long hours, high pressure, better be willing to take a "butt" chewing and not take it personal because it's usually not personal
