      They are coming out of a slow period, and are in a growth mode. Will double revenues this year over 2023. Hiring key employees to continue/support growth. Opportunities to Grow and be challenged. Fun coworkers. Opportunities to work in the plants.

      Can't hire fast enough, but they have a lot of open slots they are working to fill.
