      Avantages

      BuildingConnected is a rare company. It has both amazing growth and amazing culture, and the two are a catalyst for each other. The founders are passionate and real, the product is the best in the industry, and the culture is fun and open. Employees believe in the mission of helping real people solve real problems (we're not delivering food to each other), and employees are given the ability to be heard and come up and work on their ideas they're passionate about.

      Inconvénients

      Growth is nuts so it's hard to predict years+ ahead roadmaps.

      Avantages

      The Exec team is down-to-earth and approachable. The leaders here really do care about the happiness of employees and understand that when employees are happy customers are taken care of. The culture is supportive, fun and empowering. People are encouraged to bring their full selves to work, to be authentic and engaged. There are limitless opportunities for growth!

      Inconvénients

      We are growing rapidly and working to scale, and cannot hire fast enough but that's a good problem! Typical growing pains of a rocketship startup but you are surrounded by an empathetic and supportive team that will help you out.
