      -staff can be friendly -flexible scheduling at times -the company will teach you if you have limited media/tech knowledge

      Inconvénients

      -Poor management and leadership will get to you. -Extremely low pay -Internships are becoming a joke -You will be shoved into things that have nothing to do with your job description. Good luck saying no -Your concerns and attempts to organize will be ignored -senior staff doesn't appreciate or care about employees I only recommend joining this company if you're struggling to get your foot in the door
