Brokerage Engine was my first opportunity at working in a startup environment, which has been one of the most fulfilling and beneficial experiences of my professional career. The product is one which stands to positively transform how real estate brokerages operate - now, and well into the future. Development is backed by a very sharp and capable team who can roll out features and fixes rapidly. This is a HUGE advantage to the whole organization, and Brokerage Engine's customers, allowing the product to grow and become better every day.
Leadership is both savvy and authentic. Having come from the real estate industry themselves, they recognize the plight of our customer and use this connectedness to always improve the direction Brokerage Engine is moving. Something I enjoyed most about working here was having the ability to identify areas of improvement and be given the freedom to take ownership in making those improvements. Also, there is an opportunity to develop new skills and have flexibility in the role that suits you, or that you enjoy, best. No unnecessary red-tape or bureaucracy. That speaks volumes about the trust Leadership has in its employees.
The team at Brokerage Engine is comprised of some of the best individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They care deeply about the customer, and are always willing to help one-another out.
Inconvénients
The company is in major growth mode. This is exciting but comes with the need to be comfortable with, what can sometimes be, constant change.
