Illogical Blanket Policies - Avis employé Senior Software Engineer Broadcom

They are antiquated in some of the software technologies they produce (this is highly BU specific) They apply blanket policies that don’t make sense. EX they expect me to go from a remote employee to I office which would mean 3 hours commuting daily to an office where none of my colleagues work.
