      Avantages

      - New expansion plans to offshore - Anticipation of larger roles - Compensation is decent, and new roles are being rolled out (25+)

      Inconvénients

      - Improper evaluation of Fitment - Wrong mapping of discussed and agreed roles & responsibilities for the Cloud Engineering unit - Found a lot of jargon in objectives setting and not so encouraging internal teams support unlike project teams are supportive during the work assignment - Felt ignored and insecure throughout the journey - Lack of appreciation for delivered results - Lack of HR policies and support for remote or offshore employees

      Avantages

      This is a wonderful place to work. Having come from another insurance company where had to watch your back and question everyone's intentions, it is refreshing to work for Brit where everyone works together toward common goals. Management is extremely supportive and and open to new ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Brit is not (yet) a household name in the US. But insurance professionals, particularly those who know the Lloyd's market, are keen to place business with the company.
