      + Hardworking Staff + Great pay for a small, local medical practice + Amazing benefits + Innovative company models + Flexible Schedules + Owner is extremely personable + Sky is the limit for this company with proper changes

      Inconvénients

      + Management is a former therapist, Not manager. + Some 'Sour Apples' on staff & management is too relationship-oriented to take action + Operations were scaled prior to a proper setup + Inconsistent Policies + High Turnover

      Avantages

      Hearing and seeing the joy our patients have after our therapists help them to be able to do things that they could not do before their therapy. Seeing parents smile with each new skill their child accomplishes.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough administrative staff. Since Covid-19 it has been very difficult to find qualified staff.
