      Avantages

      A lot of learning opportunity at the company, technical skill, customer handling, operation and so on.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of empty promises from management which include company equity promised when hiring and extra bonus on project. The company even has a history stop paying employee salary / benefit when they resign but still serving their notice period.
