      Avantages

      Boomering provides a positive and supportive work environment. Management is very approachable and easy to talk to especially when it comes to feedback or concern. Benefits are good and the overall culture feels open and respectful. There's a genuine open door policy where you can freely express your thoughts , which makes a big difference. Overall its a company that values communication and employee well-being.

      - complete equipment provided by company (laptop, monitor, back-up wifi, UPS)

      Inconvénients

      - Compensation is inconsistent and not clearly honored - Poor communication from account managers and support staff - Slow or nonexistent responses to basic questions - Everything requires a ticket, even minor issues, which wastes time - HR provides little to no real support and prioritizes clients over contractors
