Sales leadership (CRO and VP level) demonstrated inconsistent and selective enforcement of compliance standards, which were later used to pressure and threaten employment within the first 1–2 months. Commitments made during onboarding were not honored, including a pre-approved one-week family vacation, which was later used against me upon departure. There is a documented pattern of unfair compensation and quota practices. Multiple employees have left the organization due to these issues. Of eight Account Executives, only one is consistently hitting quota—and that individual has been with the company since its earliest days. The remaining seven AEs are not earning commission under the current structure. Prospective candidates should carefully evaluate leadership practices, quota realism, and compensation transparency before joining.

Avantages

Remote work and decent healthcare coverage

Inconvénients

Constant team turnover and change in leadership strategy. If you want zero career security or stability, this is the place for you! The team is floundering. The GTM team really struggles to hit their goals and differentiate the product in the marketplace. There is really only one successful AE. GTM is a revolving door of people. The leadership team is really struggling to maintain top talent and set a strategy. The growth goals set by the leadership are unattainable with the resources and budget provided. The leadership team deals with this with endless meetings that don’t accomplish anything and intense micromanagement. Your time will not be respected. Your 1:1s will be booked over regularly. You will re do work over and over depending on some of the inexperienced leadership’s whims. You will also be expected to work evenings and weekends regularly, because some leaders are terrible at time management.
