The company presents itself as far larger and more established than what is observable internally, which raises serious concerns about authenticity. High churn and repeated exits across functions point to deep, unresolved organisational issues rather than isolated performance problems. The overall environment is emotionally draining, unsupportive and unsustainable for anyone seeking professional growth, stability, or ethical leadership.
