      learn a ton about running cable, get to work by yourself a whole lot.

      Inconvénients

      working 12-14 hour day or almost not seeing your family, but not bad for part time job.

      It provides Good learning opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor HR policies. Higher management is not bothered about the employee care. The company works on the labor policy and expects the employees to work like labor for full month and then take salaries, and other than that nothing else. The management does not share any project plans with the employees, there are no recreational in house activities, they just want their employee to work for full day from their respective seats. There are many restrictions which are not at all professional.
