Avantages
Bitrez is really moving forward in their field and pushing some transformative projects. Like many companies, they are adapting after the pandemic, and I can see a change that, as a new employee, is exciting to be a part of. The company places trust in the experience of its staff, allowing autonomous working and the execution of ideas and initiatives. It is a place where they give you the freedom to ask ‘stupid’ questions and to learn and not be judged and to join in on opportunities to make a difference in the company’s future. New ways of working are always being embraced and importantly are encouraged. Unlike other organisations that I have worked for the MD, Paul, takes a hands-on approach and takes a genuine interest in the projects and progression of all staff.
Inconvénients
Cranking up the recruitment drive in some departments would be helpful as it can very very busy at times.
