Bitpanda is a great company to work at. The team is young an agile. The managers are very eager to bring the company forward. The peoples team is working hard to give the employees all they need such as benefits, home office option, work-life balance, the health of the employee's body and mind are very important to Bitpanda. The salary is good and you can grow it and your personal career fast if you want to. The office is very nice, new and newly renovated with differnt types of work areas. The founders of the company run it, so you can feel that their hearts are in it. The work environement is amazing for beginners and experienced people. Definitely the best company I have worked so far. A personal comment: Bitpanda has been not only decent but exemplary in the face of my cancer. The company has gone more than the extra mile to help me and my family. As a human resources and legal professional, I know from other employers how they handle such situations and that Bitpanda acted honourably. Bitpanda values its employees very much.
