Avantages
The original vision for the business was spot on. Remote working for majority of staff.
Inconvénients
Too many to state. Lack of trust both from and of leadership. Nepotism is obvious, which creates mistrust. Leadership don’t listen to more experienced individuals. Leadership say one thing and do another or worse do nothing. Dreadful lack of accountability from management. No real strategy. There are some amazing employees with huge amount of passion and experience who are disillusioned and frustrated and constantly ignored due to the management protecting their friends. HR is poor at best-staff complaints about “the protected few” are not actioned, which allows the toxic behaviour to go unpunished and continues. Constantly say things can be done when in discussions with customers when in reality they haven’t been built or not part of roadmap-leading to completely unrealistic expectations on developers and putting project mangers in very difficult situations.
